By downloading, installing, or using PulsePoint ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

If you experience symptoms of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on PulsePoint for emergency medical decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PulsePoint. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
PulsePoint offers a free tier with limited features and premium subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Certain subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
Camera-based heart rate measurement relies on detecting subtle color changes in your fingertip. Accuracy may be affected by:
Health insights, recovery scores, and trend analyses are algorithmic estimations based on available data and should be interpreted as general wellness guidance, not clinical assessments.
You agree to:
PulsePoint, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is the intellectual property of Mobile Alchemy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobile Alchemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of health, personal injury, or any damages arising from reliance on information provided by the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Alchemy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscriptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of PulsePoint after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
