PulsePoint is a heart rate monitoring application for iPhone and Apple Watch. It provides heart rate measurement, HRV analysis, recovery scoring, workout tracking, and guided breathing exercises.
PulsePoint is not a medical device. The app is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only. Heart rate readings, HRV analysis, recovery scores, and all other data provided by PulsePoint are estimates and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information provided by PulsePoint. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, or other symptoms, seek emergency medical attention immediately.
Heart rate readings obtained via the iPhone camera (PPG) are estimates. Accuracy may vary based on skin tone, ambient light, movement, and finger placement. These readings are not equivalent to clinical-grade medical devices.
PulsePoint offers an optional premium subscription (PulsePoint Premium) with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by the App Store. You can cancel at any time in your device's Settings > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
PulsePoint and its content, features, and functionality are owned by TechKudos and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechKudos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PulsePoint, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
